If hand washing is needed, use cold water and a gentle detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals to keep your dress soft and bright.
2. Air Dry Naturally
Avoid twisting, wringing, or using a tumble dryer — these can damage the fabric and shorten the gown’s life.
Gently press out excess water and let your gown air dry in the shade, allowing natural air to preserve its texture and shape.
3. Use Proper Hangers
Maintain your gown’s graceful silhouette by using a padded or specialty hanger.
If folding is necessary, place a soft layer of tissue or fabric between folds to prevent creases and friction.
4. Steam with Care To smooth out wrinkles, use a steamer on the silk or linen setting, below 30°C, and steam from the inside.
